Bio

Raised by a good christian mom and dad. Number eight in a family of ten. Attented ETSU from 1965-1969 the US Army 1969-1971. Teacher in special education 1972-1885. Retired from Carolina Waffles in 2005. I have been with this site for a few months. During that time I have taken some photos and added some graves but I unlike some of the people on here am not doing it just to have big numbers. I find it interesting to find the cemeteries and complete pictures for the entire memorials. I don't have big numbers and don't look at this as a contest and think that if you have not personally visited the grave site you don't have any business posting the name and obit or any other information. I am not about getting credit for adding anything to the FAG site. I find it (if it is correct information and up to date) very useful and a chance to remember old friends and family that I may have forgotten. It's not a contest and for sure not about numbers. It's about documenting those people who have went on before us and establishing the most accurate record possible. I wish FAG had rules and guidelines about post partial information and "staking a claim to it".
