Bio and Links
Bio Photo I absolutely love genealogy! My family tree has been an ongoing project for years. I also love FAG and appreciate how it helps families find their loved ones. I believe each memorial needs to tell a story and be linked to family. I do more updating of memorials than creating them and do extra research to make them complete and as accurate as possible.

The memorials I create, update and maintain are out of my love of genealogy and the desire for families to find their loved ones. Memorial numbers mean nothing but the quality does. If one of my memorials is your relative, I would be happy to transfer to you, unless they are my family too. Memorials are for honoring our family and remind us that they lived and were loved.

If I have information for a BIO, I will add it. I will quote very old obituaries but never recent ones. So, PLEASE do not post an obituary, death certificate or any other document that is easily available online.

All updates and BIO's that I add are always backed up by multiple sources and records. That doesn't mean that an error can't happen now and then, so please let me know if you find one.

Hi
Hi my name is Paul Williams, I do not know , but I think we are related it is so neat finding this web site. I am related to the Jones family, I notice that you keep putting message on some of the Jones men that you are their cousin. My grandmother was Roslyn Jones if you reply to me I would like to tell you some things about my Grandma. Take care.

Pleasantann Skinner # 35212782
Hi Judy,

Thank you for getting back to me.

The earliest census record I found on Pleasantann is 1800. All 4 census I found on him say he was born in Missouri. All 4 say his mother was born in Missouri. All but one say that his father was born in Missouri. The 1910 census says his father was born in Tennessee.

I have found census records earlier than 1800 that have a Pleasantann, but they are not Pleasantann Skinner # 35212782.

Bobbye thinks prior to Pleasantann, the Skinner's were in Kansas. Do you have any information on Pleasantann's parents?

Can you email me at dreamcraftmw at yahoo.com?

Also, if you would like to get in touch with Bobbye, please email me and let me know.

Thanks,
Maurene

Hi Judy,

I am working on a project tracing a high school friends genealogy to see if we are related by way of our early Puritan American ancestors. :-) I just began my research. Pleasantann Skinner is my friend's grandpa. Are you related to the Skinner family?

Thank you.

God Bless,
Maurene

I am doing Ellen Manuel's edits for her while she is ill. Please send your source for Mr. Martin's birth location of Summer Shade, Metcalfe County, KY that you requested. His death certificate just has State listed.
Thank you

RE: Amy T Neblett Pedigo
Thanks for the quick response. The book I mentioned earlier I just found a couple of weeks ago and her proof is the deposition of William Niblett's estate suit from 1835. I read it and in the deposition it does say that Thomas Niblett who was William's son is deceased but had three daughters Jane, Martha, Amy. Jane married Thomas Bondurant, Martha married William Copeland and Amy married John Pedigo. The book says Thomas the girls father married 1. Polly Williams and married second Elizabeth Lovell on 11 Dec 1810. Thomas died around 1823. This would mean that the three girls mother would have been this Polly Williams. Now I know we can't take a books word for it but this could be a path to explore. On the other hand with the court document I can safely say that Thomas Niblett is their father. The mother will take further research.

Amy T Neblett Pedigo
Hi. I wanted to know what your proof of parents were for Amy? In the book Some Nebletts in America by Dorothy Neblett Perkins 1994. On page 71 in the suit against the estate of Wiliam Niblett it lists William's son Thomas who was already deceased and his three daughters Jane, Martha and Amy. Jane married Thomas BonDurant, Martha married William Copeland (my ancestors). Amy was not listed as William Niblett's daughter but granddaughter and daughter of his deceased son Thomas.
