NOTE: DUE TO RECENT INTRUSIONS BY SPAMMERS SENDING MESSAGES, I HAVE HIDDEN MY EMAIL ADDRESS.

Hello all. I've been doing genealogy since I got started with a project in 6th grade around 1983. I have always found the stories and lives extremely interesting, even though I sometimes bore others when I ramble on and on. I live in Minden and I have visited most all of the courthouses in Northwest Louisiana countless times, and have visited most of the cemeteries as well. My main families of research interest are the Holland, Canterbury, Caskey, Bates, Culverhouse, Herrington, Johnston, and Duckworth and associated lines on my side, and the Cage, Hicks, Hutson, Ellis, and Fraser lines on my wife's side. I'll help any I can, and look forward to contributing as much as I can to FindAGrave!

Also, I don't mind maintaining any of my family branch listings at all, if you have any you want to hand off. Just ask! I understand the 4-generation 'rule' that F.A.G. has, however I am a firm believer that whoever is more closely related to an individual, they ought to be able to maintain a listing. A first cousin should be able to trump 'the 2nd cousin of my mother-in-law's brother' or stuff like that. I have no problem transferring any memorials to someone that is more closely related to someone than I am (except maybe a couple). I am not a 'numbers' person. I also believe that everyone deserves a memorial, even if you are unsure of where they are buried. That is what research is for. I also don't mind anyone using any tombstone pictures I may have taken. Feel free.

Good luck hunting!

Barry
