|Carolyn Lane Lewis||RE: Arthur Ray Corley|
I understand the "slab" may not be his. I have put a note in my family tree to that effect and that it is among other Corley graves and cemetery records show him buried in this cemetery.
We visited one cemetery in Collin County, Texas, where many many older stones had been broken and scattered so badly they could not be pieced back together. They were in a pile at the back of the cemetery. Some of them had been there 100+ years. I can't understand the total lack of respect for the dead and their families. I would be afraid their ghosts would come for me!! Kidding.
Thanks for your help!!

Thanks so much for looking for Arthur Ray Corley in Panaca Memorial Park. Finding just the base of the headstone really makes you wonder what happened to it - was it stolen, damaged, vandalized, etc.? Even when they are vandalized or broken, the pieces are usually still there. One mystery we will probably never solve!!
I appreciate you contributions to Find A Grave!!
Thank you so much for posting the picture of Joshua's gravestone. Joshua is my husband's great-grandfather. Thanks again for your great service!
