Hello, I'm a mother of three beautiful children and live in the Chicago area. I work in the field of special education. Right now, I am in the process of tracing my family trees on both my mother and father's side. Names would be Hayes, Vaughn, Wilmes, Ufheil. Right now, I'm particularly interested in my mother's side which would be the Vaughn's in Missouri. I was prompted to do this to follow through on some old "family legends" that were passed down. Some are proving accurate and others remain a mystery. Nevertheless it seems a work in progress. Just glad we now have the technology to make it possible. I often wonder what our ancestors would think of it!
