|Amelia Bogard||RE: burial not shown in Locker Cemetery|
My records show Rebecca Ann Stubblefield born 1 Nov 1860, Springfield, Barry Co, MO, death 8 Apr 1919, Carlsbad, Eddy Co., NM., with burial in Carlsbad. I have not been able to get death certificate or find her Find A Grave. Probably too early for DC. G-gd'd DAR application gives burial in Carlsbad. My mother-in-law, Hazel Todd Bogard wrote that her father’s mother (Rebecca Ann Stubblefield Todd) died 19 days before she was born. “My grandfather James Jackson Todd lived with my parents until he died.” Hazel was born in NM and is still living with a clear mind at 98.

You are very welcome! I don't access the website very often, mostly through the Find a Grave app so I miss messages. Sorry this is a year later, but I hope the pictures were helpful.

Also, in looking at the history, It seems as though I only made one request from you.. on the 19th.
The others got second request a day or 2 ago.
If I may ask... had you previously transferred the memorial to anyone?
Because it is possible that my first request went to them, and just like with my mothers 2 duplicate memorials and my stepfathers memorial, and my fathers memorial, there has been a flurry of edits taking out information that is false, and then a shell game of sorts transferring to someone else.
I am deeply sorry that the timing of my email was during a time of crisis. Please hve my deepest sympathy. Also, if you will allow me to, I would like to sponsor the memorial of your grandmother once you have the memorial up.
All the requests I made were through the web site edit, but I think maybe i sent a second request to those people who had a "personal email" address on file as well as I know some people are not on here to check messages. Again, I am sorry for your loss. And I do very much thank you for the transfer.

Yes, I just looked at the history, and I asked for my parents and grandparents and husband... but everyone she seems to be transferring them to someone else. I basically made the same email so i would not have to retype.
But example, 2 memorials exist for my mother... i requested both, and they must know each other because instead they transferred them to each other.. and took out the wrong information.
but thank you for the transfer. Upon my passing, I will ask administrators to transfer back to their original creators.

In the 1900 census, it has their marriage year as 1888 (says they have been married 12 years), but that may be to make the 2 older children "legitimate" if she had them out of wedlock.
There's an Amanda Silence that marries a D.R. Christian in Knox County in 1884, but she dies as Amanda Christian in 1913, so that 's not "our" Amanda Silence.
If you find any additional information, please let me know.

You are welcome. Glad I could help. Where are the siblings & mother buried?
|Amelia Bogard||burial not shown in Locker Cemetery|
Albert Ray Lewis, Find A Grave 137339054, is listed in Locker Cemetery, San Saba Co.. His wife, Alta Sue Todd Lewis, 1910-2004, is also buried there, but not listed.She was buried in Locker Cemetery on Monday, July 19, 2004, next to her husband, Albert, with Howell-Doran Funeral Home of San Saba in charge. Will you please add Alta as wife of Albert Lewis? Alta Sue Todd Lewis's grandfather James Jackson Todd, 1857-1941, is also buried in Locker Cemetery. No Todds are listed on Find A Grave. If you can help add this information, I will appreciate your work and help as I can. Alta Todd was my mother-in-law's sister.

I noticed that you submitted an excerpt of the Will of Jonathan Barron # 103087123 on the memorial for Henry Phifer Barron Barnes # 26966023. Do you have a copy of that Will or your source for it?
|Rebecca||RE: Mary Leatherwood|
The information that I posted was from the record from Green Co. AL. Mine is Mary Hamilton Leatherwood.
The sibling links are done my computer I think so I don't know where the Burton links came from.
