If you are looking for obituaries for people buried at Maple Grove Cemetery in the Town of Maine, Marathon Co., WI...Let me know. I have all of them.

Find A Grave has relabeled the places, so it is now Taegeville in Marathon Co. WI, which is incorrect. Can't get hold of anyone to fix it. Gradually, I want to add the obituaries to the memorials on the Maple Grove.

Thank you so much for taking a photo of her headstone. The picture helped solve a couple mysteries for me. God bless you

Who are your great-grandparents and other family buried there? Any relation to the Grells?

Very nice picture, thank you!

Thank you for the info. I have edited it to the correct cemetery. Can you tell me who you took the photo for?

Alvin and Hilda are my grandparents and I was hoping next month to get up there to get a picture of their headstone now that Hilda's info is on there. Thank you!

Herman Raasch
I'm curious about the information you have listed with Herman Raasch, Find A Grave Memorial# 28585378. I found his obit in the Wausau Daily Herald, 18 July 1938, and it stated he had 6 children -- Edward, Louis, and Bernard Raasch, and Mrs. Dewey Kysow, all in the town of Hamburg; Mrs. Edward Hanke, town of Stettin, and Mrs. Ray Burmeister, Milwaukee. You listed two male children who had no identifying information except for "sohn von Herman" for one of them. Is there anything else about them? It's possible Herman had these two sons who died and were not part of the 6 who survived him.
There are a son attached to Herman who I believe is not his: Harry Arnold Raasch. In Harry's memorial page, it states he is the son of Herman and Bertha Schultz Raasch. This Herman married Bertha Urban.
Thank you!
Nancy

Lynn,
I am sure of her identity. She was the step-daughter of my 3rd great-grandaunt. This link has my sources: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=wambold1962&id=I2568
