A final resting place is a sacred space that friends and family members will visit for generations to come not only to grieve but also to honour and remember.

Each time I create a memorial I delight in thinking that it may someday provide valuable information to a genealogist or comfort to a loved one.

If FAMILY MEMBERS wish to have a memorial deleted I will do so, no questions asked.

Under Find a Grave Rules & Regs memorial managers are required to research the edits that are sent by 'Suggest Edits' or 'Suggest other Corrections". Edits should be accepted or declined according to the manager's research or the research that is provided. There are days that I spend up to 8 hours trying to verify edit suggestions and since like you, I am a Volunteer, that is onerous and unacceptable. Please transcribe source documents (birth, marriage, death registers or obituaries) that you are using to make the suggestion.

CEMETERY RECORDS- for St Patrick's in Lethbridge & both Pincher Creek cemeteries were destroyed in the 1950s - separate incidents - water damage & fire. Records have been partially reconstructed from memory, newspaper obits/reports and funeral home records.
