I have a family tree containing over 20,000 names and information. Researching these led me to FAG and has become a passion to memorialize all those that I can whether family or not.
Please feel free to notify me if any of my information is incorrect or I have duplicated a post.IF you email me with a question or an answer to my question please include the name of the person it refers to - getting forgetful in my old age! ALSO put "family tree" in the subject line so it doesn't get lost in the junk mail.
I will gladly transfer maintenance of a memorial to anyone who wants to take over a member of their family. I will gladly accept obituaries and photos as additions to my memorials. I think they make remembering the individuals more personal.
Thanks to everyone who makes this site such a benefit to anyone interested in the genealogy of their family by contributing information.
Encourage our younger generation to become involved in their history by getting information from us older generations before it is too late!
Sure wish I'd started 50 years ago or more!
If I could suggest any one thing that would help our quest for information here it would be to tell every woman to include her maiden name on the tombstone and in cemetery records!!
Feel free to use any photos I have posted, I believe all photos should be available to everyone as long as they are used on this site or your personal tree.
