I really do love a mystery. Of all of my ancestors buried in Melrose and Union Cemeteries in Brockton, MA I found them (after finding death record at Mass. Vital Records that had cemetery listed) driving around the cemetery to locate them and take pics. Love it. Been researching my father's family (branches that came from England that lived in Massachusetts). I would love to find your ancestor's grave too. To help the process though when you know what cemetery they are at, contact that cemetery office and ask for the prinout of that grave (it will give you the lot number and who else is buried there)(you will need the death date for sure and they may charge you for the info). Not all people buried in a plot have their name on the stone.

You have my permission to use the pictures I have taken for your own use.

Memento mori
RE: Susanna Packard
I hope I responded to your message earlier, but I wanted to make sure I responded, just in case I didn't earlier.

I don't believe I am related to Susanna Packard. Maybe you left your message in the wrong place?

Becca, HNY to you too! Glad I got something right.
The weather will determine my picture taking schedule from now on so let's hope for less snow than last year.

Thank you so much for the photos you posted of the Fuller's headstone! Sad that it is broken, but so grateful it was still there! Is there an active cemetery office there?

ALSO, The photo for Elmeda Packard, however, on Find A Grave Memorial# 39682669, it's the wrong photo as that stone everyone on it has the last name of Keith not Packard. I'm guessing you just attached the wrong one?

Hi, You have a wonderful headstone photo on Find A Grave Memorial# 16327648. I was wondering if you would be willing to PLEASE add it to Find A Grave Memorial# 148761686 and the memorial for Henry's first wife Elmeda (she is linked to the memorial where the photo is, but I don't have her page number. Thank You!

Walter Chamberlain stone is on his memorial with another woman. I do have his wife Isabelle's stone picture. put up a request for it and i will claim it and post her stone pic.

I've created a memorial for his 1st wife Chloe and 2nd wife Isabella.
Thanks for the pictures!

memento mori
RE: Haven family
Does that mean there were sides that had inscriptions on them that were unreadable?

Thank you for the memorial picture of Sophia Parker. I really appreciate it! I wonder why her date of death was never put on the stone.
