My mother instilled in me an interest in genealogy for which I am very grateful. I am now retired and spend many hours on research, adding to the Find A Grave database, and taking photos in local cemeteries. I use the Henderson County Cemetery Book and Ancestry.com as resources.|
Please use the edit option if you have changes or additions to memorials. If you are a relative of the deceased I will transfer the memorial.

That was kind of you to transfer Alma to me. You didn't have to do that but I will try to clean up the issues around Minnie and George's children. Thanks and best wishes to you.

|Dana Meeks||Thank You for your Hard Work|
I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for your selfless hard work on all of the cemeteries in Henderson County. It has been an invaluable service for everyone who has relatives in Henderson County. Since I am now working on other parts of my family lines, I can really appreciate the research you've done. In other areas of the country, they don't have an "immindful" to help.
So, thanks for your work and the transfer of one of my relatives.
This is not my family. I started to research for one of my husband's cousin, a Shimberg. The family name was originally Shimbein.
I tried to untangle the Nathan Shimberg you posted in the Washington Cemetery.
My husband's cousin's grandfather was also named Nathan Shimberg(Shimbein) who died after 1910. He was married to an Ella. There is an Ella buried in that cemetery. The staff at the cemetery could not tell me when Ella died or anything about her.

You're welcome. The obit was in the paper on the prior 2 days also. But it didn't list the cemetery until the 3rd day.

|Vonnie L Cantrell||Thank you|
Thank you for the transfers. I will treat them with the respect they deserve.

Please do not transfer Memorials to me that I do not specifically request. Just because I provide
what I know to be "accurate" information , does not
mean that I know the person. Mount MORIAH is a
Biblical reference, and No Christian Church would
dare misspell the name by referring to themselves as Mt Mariah.

Thank you very much for the transfer.
Thank you for transferring my great grandfather's (Thomas Franklin Corhn) memorial to me!

Thank you very much for the unexpected transfer. I appreciate it very much.
|Peter Joseph ("PJ") Braun||Danke for transfer of Hetti Owen memorial|
I can't recall asking for a transfer...but I will do my best to add relevant data & links for other researchers. Namaste, 'PJ"
