Bio and Links
Bio Photo Amateur Genealogist for a couple of decades. I love digging up past forgetten family stories. I trace my family roots in Nicaragua, my children's in the U.S. and my husband's from Eastern European Jewish descent.

I helped Tom Brocher photograph and clean up records for the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, California. I photographed and posted gravestone photos for the 2E section. There are approximately 7,692 graves, the majority from 1961-1965.

You are welcome to use my photographs for you personal genealogy projects.

RE: Miguel
You're welcome. I see that the memorial has been transferred to you. Probably so he wouldn't have to deal with the fact that he placed the memorial for Miguel at Green Hills when it turned out to be wrong.

If you are unable for any reason to get in touch with family that can tell you where his final resting place is, you can order a copy of his death certificate. They aren't very expensive if you indicate you don't need a certified copy. The last time I ordered one it was $21. It comes imprinted with the words "Informational Copy - Not Valid for Identification" across it so it cannot be used to obtain a phoney I.D.

Good luck, Stewart. I hope you find him.

Best regards,

B.J.

Angel de Jesus Blandon
Hello! I claimed your photo request but I suspected that he was not buried at Green Hills. Their online database did not have a listing for him. I checked at the office and was told he was not buried there. They tried different spellings and even looked under de Jesus. Nothing.

This sometimes happens when people enter memorials from obituaries listed on Green Hills Mortuary website. I looked up his obit and sure enough, it says that a memorial service was held at the Green Hills Mortuary, but there is no mention of interment at Green Hills Cemetery.

I will ask the person who created the memorial to change it to "burial unknown" but I don't know what kind of response I will get.

I am sorry that there can't, at this time, be a positive response to your request for a photo.

Best regards,

B.J.

Thank you so much for updating her memorial. It is much appreciated. I am not related, but I figure that if I can add more info and links, it may help a relation find the person.
Thanks.

Conflation of two Adolph Livingstons
Two different men of this name have been conflated creating much confusion in the records. One was born in Germany, the other in Quebec.

True birth years are a bit hazy on both and overlap. Sorting this out is not straightforward. Please contact me for details as their wives and children have been intertwined on findagrave.

Thanks
Christine

RE: Houghton
It's really not a central monument, it's on the left half of the lot, the tree is, by accident, almost the true center of the circle. I have match all the legible stone to their owners; others will require time and detective work. Also at this time of year all the gravestones are in constant shade and the light is very bright in the area behind them. The inscription on several stones have just bubbled and melted away from the 20th century acid rain and my never be identified without the lot survey from the cemetery. I believe a few of the last interments in the lot are unmarked.

Transfer & thank you
Hello again Stewart,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Carl Lampus # 138493209
to my care.
With your help, I have successfully connected him with his father, wife and daughter. I am still trying to locate both his mother and his first wife.
As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
Marcia

Thank you for posting my grandpa and Nana, headstone, section 2E 1273 memorial# 3615972

I am having a hard enough time tracing my O'Brien side of my family. John Edward O'Brien was my grandpa, I never got to know, sophie Felice O'Brien . Was my Nana and extremely special to me.. what you did was a blessing and means the world to me.. Now maybe I can start fresh, from two year search , trace my O'Brien family.

Thank you, so very very much.
