I'm a happy-go-lucky gal from Sweden! I came to USA 2001 thinking that there must be more to life then gray everyday living in Europe. And there was! (But the grass ain't always greener on the other side!) I started this interest of cemeteries already in Europe, but didn't really start to contribute to F.A.G until after I fell & broke my leg really bad in Jan 2011. I made a mega research about a photographer from my hometown in Sweden, and someone were so GREAT & KIND, to go out and do leg-work for me over there. Even went to different cemeteries for to find stones and reasons for why the person didn't have a stone of her own. I was SO grateful, and thought - "Hey, if I get that happy for a picture, I want to help others become as happy as me!"
SO - if you want a picture from a cemetery from Holgate, OH area - you will most likely get it from me!! As a photographer I am rather "picky", but I always try to do my best for my customers.

PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT one to collect or score on high numbers of memorials or photos!
There is a few families that I am a bit "protective" about, and that is my extended family here in the USA! :)

I have already documented 3 complete cemeteries in pictures, and am working on getting the stones readable in the old Bavarian cemeteries in the area before they all fall over and are gone forever! OF course - I'm not doing them all on my own - I team up with others who has already started the job!

So far completed are:
St Marys Cemetery (To Aug 2012) - Holgate
Groll Cemetery - Holgate
Rohn Cemetery - Defiance

God Bless everyone!!
