I am not sure what James Luke died of. I have heard that he may have been at Ft Leavenworth when he died. If that is true then he would have a Kansas death certificate. I also have not found his death certificate. James Luke is the biological father of my step cousin, Jim. Jim wasn't born when his father died. Jim's mother did not talk about James Luke's death.

If you call Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 773-625-7838 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.

My pleasure. I thought I was going to fail as the stone was buried and not visible.. The caretaker just happened to be at the cemetery. We found the location and probed the dirt. We found and dug up the stone.
