I started working on my family tree to learn more about my mother who died unexpectedly when I was seven years old. I was very close to my grandparents and wanted to find out more about my family. This took me on a journey beyond any expectations I could ever imagine. I have been blessed to be able to meet relatives and learn more than I had ever dreamed. Not only did this help me learn to appreciate and love my heritage but also enabled me to start giving back.
