I've always found peace and an easiness in cemeteries and want to help others find their loved ones who are "missing" in their final locations. I find the tombstones and markers are so varied and interesting that I could spend hours in a cemetery and never know how long I was there.

I'm currently researching my side of my daughter's family and searching for their final resting places throughout the New England area (mostly Peck).

I'm also currently working on entering all of the gravestones for West Taghkanic Methodist Church Cemetery, located in West Taghkanic, Columbia County, New York, into the Find-A-Grave website with pictures for each.

Please note that some graves have been damaged, broken, overgrown and will not be able to be properly catalogued without tampering with the stones. As such, I will post what I can about the stone without touching it.

Please feel free to use any of the photographs that I have taken in your personal family trees. It's a pleasure and honor to have contributed to your family history.
