I got started doing genealogy research in southern California about 10-12 years ago. I belong to a few different websites that maintain and try to record accurate information on ancestors both alive and passed on.
I found findagrave.com through ancestry.com and have become hooked and hopeful. I met a gentlemen in the town my husband was raised in El Dorado County. He started doing work photographing and cataloging graves in our county. I hope to be able to go out soon with my husband and help finish the lists and photos soon :)
