RE: Adams in Northway Cemetery
Hi Roger,

I have connected Pansy (Pat) and Grace Adams to their parents as I found their headstones as they were also buried in Northway Cemetery. As well as William Chester Adams' mother Mary. From what I can recall these Adams headstones are buried fairly close to each other.

As for others who might be able to aid in research I wish I could help you out but I only recently came here. Have you tried the town office?

Adams in Northway Cemetery
I have photographed all of Northway Cemetery. I noticed you had two memorials there: one for William Chester Adams and one for Martha Davies Miller. I have a family headstone that says "Adams" on it and in that same plot there are two other foot stones that say "Mother" and "Father". I could not find your relatives anywhere else so I believe this may be them, but I cannot verify this as there are no dates on the foot stones. I'd like to know your thoughts. Did they have children? If so, this could be them.

Kathy (Playford) Hinderliter
Anna A Playford (Beery)
memorial #10748825

I have Matilda (Rogers) Playford's Family Bible.
She records the death of Annie as Sept 24, 1919 in Wolcott, Eagle, Colorado. I also found her obituary in the Eagle Valley Enterprise, Sept. 26,1919 on page 5. as follows:
BERRY, Mrs. Leslie - Mrs. Leslie BERRY died at Wolcott Wednesday of a complication of paralysis and heart trouble after several weeks illness. The diseased woman's home was in Cripple Creek, and she was visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. PLAYFORD, when taken with her fatal illness. She is survived by seven children and her husband. The body was shipped to Cripple Creek Thursday for burial.[26 Sept. 1919, Eagle Valley Enterprise, p5]

Matilda (Rogers) Playford was my Great Grandmother. Her grandson Earl R Playford, Jr. was my Father. When he died he left me the Bible.
Thank you so much for what you do. Hope this helps you.

Re Margurite.
I was looking at the transcription and I think it is Marguerite "W" I really have to do something about my eyes. So you just click on the transcripotion and then change her middle initial to the corect one or if you know her middle name you can add it instead of the initial.

Re Marguerite's stone
Bruce has put a photo of the stone on Marguerite's memorial. Perhaps he has others.
You might want to correct my transcription.
I put Marguerite "F" instead of "M". I made a mistake when I typed in the info. Middle initial should be M.
Otherwise it is the same. Looked like a newer stone.
Rechecked another transcript and her name is mentioned twice so there could very well be another stone
for her.

Re Marguerite Rogers
Roger, I forgot to mention. You might want to re- enter the photo of Marguerite again, this time, under the person icon.
You entered it under the gravestone icon and photo volunteers might think you already have a gravestone photo there becasue I see a gravestone instead of a photo icon when I entered the Roger surname.

Hi Roger
I have transferred your grandmother Marguerite Rogers to you. You can create your own bio and either leave what I put on in the bio section or just use the info.
You can also request that her parents be transfered to you as they are within the guideline rules - ie. your gr grandparents, unless the manager is also related.
I don't transfer outside of guidlines ie. aunts uncle cousind etc. as stated on my page.
I have a lot of info on another relative which I will add and let you know. There may be an obituary for Marguerite, if so I will send it to you.
I am most willing to add anything you wish to memorials of any cousins or aunts uncles etc. If I come across any more of your relations, I will let you know and you can create memorials for them.

All the names on the transcription are on the front of the stone in the order that I listed them. It does not appear that your aunt is on the back. I saw the photo on the transcription she was listed on the front and I will go to the library to check it again. There may be 2 stones in that cemetery with her name mentioned.

Hi Roger.
You might want to take a look at Marguerite's info. I put the transcription on her memorial and it had her listed as Symonds. I have a few things more to add before transferring.
