Hello. My name is Kimberly,(Kimber) as my father says. Isn't Findagrave wonderful? I think it is one of the best sites ever created. A+....(in my opinion, the family rule could use some adjusting) but I guess everything has rules) I just love the thought of being able to visit a loved one at the click of a key. where you can not only find pictures, stories, family history, flowers, but yet you can also connect with relatives, Its just a beautiful thing.... As for Genealogy, I have always been into family history. Been researching my family history online for several years now. Its very interesting the information you can find if you put your mind to it,and do the research. (no copying). The amount of family one finds is just mind boggling sometimes. I love people. I am what many call an angel, I don't know about all that. I have been a hospice nurse now for more then half my life. I have sat with well over 100 people as they have passed on starting their next journey in the after life. Its amazing what i have witnessed in families, in their loved ones last moments. It has made me a different person for sure. I am no longer afraid of death. for i now know it is not the end. But yet just another journey. I find myself wanting more then the information i find about my relatives online. I want to know them, talk to them, visit them if possible.... so i have also been facebook searching the living members. I send them a message introducing myself, and explaining the link in which we are related, (sometimes i send a picture or two of proof) Then i wait for them to respond, Pretty neat. I have recently started a Facebook Group for my Lowers family and surnames that connect. I have several members from every line. Join in if you want, here is the link. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1828630334028645/ ...

As for memorial transfers. That relative rule i think is for the birds... I believe FAMILY SHOULD BE WITH FAMILY!!!! (I'm not playing the number game) I just cant understand some people on here ...They take the time to do such a beautiful thing in making the memorials so that family can be found but yet refuse transfers to family members. why? Family belongs with family. on that note. If you come across any family members that are not my own. I would be happy to transfer to your care. Or if you wish,i will continue to love them. As for research, I've got too many surnames to name. A bit of everything. some top names that pop in my head are Lowers & Lower, Freehling (few spellings), Drane, Negley ,Burtner(few spellings the Natrona Heights Burtner house are my 5x gr8) Freeman, Lucas, Miller, Gardner, Anthony, Burns, Boyd, Jones, Neely, Finefrock, Bortz, Andora, Shimko, Malo or Meluch, Guzik, Findora, Kopetski/y, Fletcher(married name)now divorced. and i'm sure i have missed some... the lines are never ending. If you would like to compare notes on relatives, let me know. Im happy to share... [email protected] or on Facebook, just look me up Kimber Lowers in Pennsylvania. Have a safe happy day......
