It was there before I took over managing the memorial.
I believe it comes from the SAR application.
Commander In Chiefs Guard. by Godfrey, p. 199 is what is listed on the SAR app submitted by Wayne Warrington.

In my humble opinion, Rock Creek is the most beautiful cemetery in DC. It is very well maintained and there are always people there walking, jogging and visiting some of the more famous monuments. So he's in a good place!
