Ernest Lautz
Good morning Beverly,
Thank you for going out to get a photo of Ernest Lautz's grave... but I have a question for you.
-Did they say that his grave WAS there - but unmarked?
-I'm asking because he is ALSO buried in California, and there, he does have a grave marker.
I don't know whether he was cremated and half of his ashes were buried in Iowa and half in California... and I see no telephone number to call the office in Iowa to ask them. If you could clarify this for me, I would be very grateful.
Thank you!

Lillian J "Tootie" Kosgard Spratt
Hi Beverly,

I'm a friend of the Steigers and I am researching their genealogy. Do you know if any of Lillian's relatives have passed on since 2010?

Where is her son Michael laid? I could not find him.

Thank you!

Herman Friedrich Wilhelm Daehn
Herman Friedrich Wilhelm Daehn born Prussia 07/12/1854 Died 08/23/1889 and is buried in Lowden Cem. in Cedar County, Iowa. He married Johannah Heineman

1885 census shows Charles Dahn age 29 born Germany with wife Margaret living in Lowden.

We are researching descendants of Herman's only surviving son, Fred C Daehn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
