None of the Owens, were in my Database, but that doesn't mean their not kin. Some of mine are Owens and some Owen. Two brothers spell theirs different.

You can find my Owen(S) on my Findagrave page.

Hope you find those you are looking far.

I feel kinda dumb, I found your whole Wallace line on FindaGrave. I'm sure you already knew that. I did learn some of your Wallace family was in Morgan County Alabama. That where my Owen and Malone families were from.

After reading your last note we probably have no links. As far as I know my Hayes ancestors where never from NC. Seems we may have very similar names in our history though. Just wondering if James Hayes (1750 or so) and his wife Cassandra from Maryland comes up in your tree?

I hate to bother you about this, but are you sure he's buried in Rufe Cemetery? His wife is buried in Valliant Cemetery. I have looked for his obit at the library but haven't found it yet. I will look again & may be able to find it since I have the dates.

I added the information you sent and changed the cemetery. Thank You very much for the info. And I will gladly transfer his memorial to you if you'd like to manage it ~ I did not know him. Thanks Again

Yes Janet, we would be related. This seems to be one of the more confusing Hayes branches, if I remember right we have a couple of cousins in this line that married. Just looking at my FTM program is confusing, but John A had a brother named Franklin. Further conversation would be better using email.
