Bio

I started working on geneaology with my mom a couple of years ago, and stumbled across Find A Grave while searching for info on an ancestor. I discovered that I enjoyed walking cemeteries looking for ancestors and that I also enjoyed finding other people's ancestors as well. Another "graver" told me that "we are their voices now" and that has stuck with me. I try to have correct info on all memorials but I do make mistakes; I am only human, after all. Not interested in the amount of memorials I add, unlike SO many people I have encountered on this site; just trying to give the deceased "their voice" so they can live on.
Would also like to ask that other gravers check to see if there is already a memorial for someone before adding names. LOTS of duplicates that are unnecessary and are easily avoided.
