My name is Ann (Wright) Snider. My father was James W. Wright, Sr; son of William Mitchell
Wright. My grandfather, who was called Mitchell, brought my grandmother and father to the bootheel of Missouri (Seneath) when he was called to pastor the First Baptist Church in that community. My dad was only 2 years old at that time, then two years later they were called to the First Baptist Church in Malden, Mo.....87 years later the family is still residing in Malden. My dad passed away in 2006, but was so very proud of his heritage and shared quite a bit of it with me.
