I was born and raised in Harrison County Missouri and now live in Daviess County. I am a member of the Elizabeth Harrison DAR Chapter in Bethany, Missouri and the Harrison County Genealogical Society and Pattonsburg Tree Climbers in Daviess County. I work full time for the Harrison County Soil and Water Conservation District. Also sell Watkins on the side and do flea markets. Some of my family surnames include: Bennum, Bales, Rice, Youngs, Salmon, Myers, Rowland, Beeler (Beehler), Blauvelt, Foltz, Titus, Jessup, Duncan, Fields, Strode.

My second husband, Tom, (now deceased), was born and raised in the Pattonsburg area. Only time he was out of the area was when he was Serving Uncle Sam in the Army in Japan during the Korean War. Some of his family surnames include: Lambert, Fields, Henry, Brown, Shrum, Groomer.

My first husband, Dennis, (now deceased), was born in Harrison County and raised in Gentry and Harrison Counties. His g-g-g-grandfather, Luarck Wade Hampton Cox, founded New Hampton, MO. He was the 5th generation and our daughter is the 6th generation to live there. Some of his family surnames include: Cox, Weed, Duncan, Allen, Stinson, and Denny.
