Since I was a child and would visit my great grandmother down the street she instilled the love of genealogy and told me to continue the work. She gave me the family tree for a school project in 1978 and I have been doing it ever since. I found family back 16 generations or more. My recent work is correction of incorrect data to enable others to easily find the correct information. I am currently in the process of becoming a DAR member and pioneer family member. I have found over 50 family members in the Revolutionary War as well as other famous relatives. I have 10 children and belong to Genealogical societies in Ohio as well as teach others how to find their roots while working on my degree to be a genealogist.
