I am the daughter of James Alek/Alex Henry and Catherine (Bassham) Henry. I am here to find information on my mothers side of the family which (as far as I know) are Bassham, Forisha, NeSmith and Saunders/Sanders. My father's side are Henry, Branch/Braunche, Hall, Findley, Hutcheson. There might be a few more I am missing but will add later. One particular thing I am hunting for is information on John Emmett Henry Born 1818 and died 1900. His parents are unknown except his father was possibly born in Virginia and his mother was born in South Carolina. Me and my cousin are having trouble going further back.
