I find cemeteries fascinating. 1st Calvary (Woodside, NY) was five minutes from my workplace and as long as weather permiteed I brown bagged my lunch and went there every day with a book for about 25 years.

My ancestors hail from Minnesota, South Dakota, Maine, Massachusetts, Canada, Germany (Prussia), Galicia (Austria-Hungary), Ireland, Scotland, England (and before that Normandy), Norway and Sweden. I've been working on my genealogy since the early 1970's and I love it when I connect with new cousins.
