I began researching my family history in 1992. My primary interest has been exploring and documenting my Holzbach ancestors. Finally, in December 2021 I located the birth record of Heinrich Ernst Holzbach (1760) as well as his wife and children of Salz, Westerwaldkreis, Rhineland-Pfalz. This includes Heinrich Ernst Holzbach (1806) who in 1831 married Wilhelmine von Eick in Höhscheid, Solingen, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
