The St. Croix Valley Genealogical Society (SCVGS) is a group of individuals interested in genealogy with a focus on St. Croix and Pierce counties in western Wisconsin. The early members of SCVGS made transcriptions of all known cemeteries in these counties (and Polk) back in the early 1980's. The list of Pierce County cemeteries and cemetery transcriptions are available on the Pierce Co. US GenWeb site at: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wipierce/cemetery.htm.
A hard copy of the transcriptions for all 3 counties is available at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls Area Research Center (ARC). The SCVGS website can be found at: www.scvgs.wordpress.com.

SCVGS policies in regard to findagrave (FAG):
*** Memorials will be transferred upon request.
*** Additional information provided to SCVGS will be updated by SCVGS members who monitor the FAG emails.
*** Images posted by SCVGS may be used by others. Credit for the images would be appreciated.

Transcibed and Photographed the following:

- OLD OUR SAVIORS, Lawton, Pierce County - our society photographed and transcribed this cemetery. Using the cemetery records we added memorials for people who did not have gravestones. A lot of these memorials were for children. Hence the 66% photographed on the cemetery page.

- Glenwood City Cemetery, St. Croix Co., Sept. 2009, added to FAG the spring of 2013.
- Bethlehem Lutheran, Trenton, Pierce Co., Sept. 2013.
- Hartland Presbyterian, Ellsworth, Pierce Co., Sept. 2103
- St. Patricks, Hudson, St. Croix Co., Sept. 2013
- Willow River, Hudson, St. Croix Co., 2013
- Our Saviors Lutheran, Beldenville, Pierce Co., May 2014.
