Bio

I have been researching my family since my youth, riding along with my parents as they made frequent trips to the archives, libraries and cemeteries. They talked for hours with relatives near and far. It must run in the family.
My family research has expanded to larger projects. I co-authored a book on Graham, NC, my hometown.
I am so excited by this digital age. Gathering information from local sources and putting them on the internet for access by other researchers is truly amazing. My family photographed over 100 local historic markers and added them to the historic marker database. www.hmdb.org

Another big project for us is with find-a-grave. It is wonderful to find a community of people who are so willing to help each other in their family research.

Any added information is always appreciated.
