I have been researching my own family history since 1968, off and on, taking the project on in earnest in 1983, looking for my own Indian ancestry. I was accredited for American Indian research by ICapGen in the early 90's and worked since then for others searching American Indian family lineages: particularly among the northern tier United States and the Five Civilized Tribes. I am semi-retired now but will gladly answer questions about American Indian research if anyone should care to email me with particular queries. My own Indian heritage consists of Okanogan, Rogue River, Shasta and Oneida Indian tribes. I can also answer general research questions for Canada and the United States.
