Born in Chapman, Ks. Moved to Lenexa, Ks at age of 10. Attended Shawnee-Mission HS (10th & 11th) became Shawnee-Mission North (12th). Attended Kansas University 1 year. Joined US Navy and was stationed at NAS Jax, Jacksonville, Fl. Met my wife, Elsie, and stayed in Jacksonville, Florida winters are better than Kansas. Worked in data processing in the insurance & banking industries until I retired in December 2007. We had 1 son, Bill. Elsie died July 29, 2007. I enjoy craft type woodworking, scrollsaw artwork, and sports.
