I started becoming interested in researching my family history in the early 2000's after being given old family photos from my grandparents' collections. With changes in my life, have been able to enjoy more time to research family members again this year in 2013. My interest in Find a Grave started in preparation for a trip to the town my great-great grandfather raised his family in out in Western Kansas. Find a Grave helped me know what to look for and take valuable photos of the headstones there to share with family back in Michigan.
