I began tracing my family a few years ago, but as my parents did not have siblings there were no direct Aunts, Uncles or Cousins that were known to me and this made it difficult, plus the Grandparents generation died before I was old enough to enquire. Therefore, my direct paternal line comes to an end due to insufficient family information.

More recently I have found many distant cousins and relatives due to extended family, some of whom are maternal, or more recently paternal cousins. Some cousins I found have married other cousins. I have also found a few war graves of family which interests me due to the long forces link.

I have found it difficult to trace ancestors & relatives graves in the UK for some reason. The American and Australian graves have been easier to trace and link up on Find a Grave.

As I have kindly received photographs and information from a few people to aid me in my quest, I thought I would reciprocate and take photographs of local graves where I am able in order to help others.
