Bio

My paternal lines are the Fenton and Durst families from the area of Mecca Ohio & Greenville Pennsylvania. My maternal lines are the Grant and Nelson families from Jamestown & Greenville Pennsylvania. My husband is interested in the Montgomery/Mcfadden families from Harrisville and Sandy Lake Pennsylvania areas, his father's adopted parent lines. Also the Barwell/Timmis family, his maternal lines. I am researching my family with the Names of Derr, Durst, Pauly, Shafer, Fenton, Sirrine, Nelson, Reimold, Grant and Spory.

My paternal grandparents are Harold & Carole (Durst) Fenton & Frieda (Rider) Fenton. g-grandparents Harvey & Bertha (Derr) Fenton and Maynard & Gladys (Shafer) Durst. My maternal grandparents are Adelbert & Martha (Nelson) Grant, g-grandparents Samuel & Ella Leida (Hunt) Grant and Samuel & Opal (Reimold) Nelson.

I take a lot of pictures especially up close. If I put one on a memorial and you don't like it for whatever reason, just let me know I will be happy to remove it. Everyone makes mistakes, we're all human, be kind to one another and treat others how you would like to be treated! My biggest pet peeve is when someone creates a double of a memorial and won't remove it. It's not that I am trying to be rude in anyway, it's just less confusing to others if the rightful (the one posted first) memorial stay up. Please use the tools provided by Find a grave to edit and create your own virtual cemeteries, there is no need to fight over deceased relatives, ever!! This is not a numbers competition, we are bringing families closure and keeping loved ones memories alive. Be KIND, always! If you want a transfer, just ask.

I love old cemeteries, finding my ancestors and helping others find family members too. I have always been interested in history and genealogy. Feel free to share the pictures I take on any family tree or research that you do. Sharing is caring. Feel free to message me or e mail me anytime, as well.

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me over the years with my family research, you are all greatly appreciated!! Thank you very much for all the documents, pictures, memorials and everything else that you do here and abroad.
