Born April 2, 1962 in Normal, McLean County, Illinois to Roger Eugene and Juanita Mae Paris Lancaster. I am the second eldest of four children; first born being Randall Lee, myself, a twin sister, Brenda Kaye, and youngest being Kevin Wayne.

My interests include researching both my paternal and maternal descendants in order to carry on what my maternal grandmother; Eva Elizabeth began over 30 years ago. She had researched our family linage the “old fashioned” way long before the internet was available, but I’m quite positive she would have loved to explore this endless realm of information! She sadly passed away on my birthday in 1996. So it is with great honor I wish to carry on and hopefully make her proud!

Find A Grave has been instrumental in helping with my research and exhilarating when I find out new information. I am still learning the ropes so to speak, so any input is greatly appreciated!

"We don't "own" the memorials we manage - they are not ours. We may create them, we may update them, we may transfer them to others - we are but stewards. They are Find A Grave memorials of human beings, departed. They are not "friends" on a social media network website to be collected like baseball trading cards. And there's no prize for the one who dies with the most.

I find it disheartening that there are "certain contributors" who are rude and obnoxious to new people discovering where they came from! I refuse to allow they're behavior to modify mine! I have came across ancestors that I am so excited to find out about, and YES I have read the FAG rules on the 4 generation transfers! But knowing these are my FAMILY and not those who "OWN" the memorial sucks! I will continue this journey as long as I am on this earth and nothing will deter me from it...its not about numbers for me! God bless all my fellow Findagrave folks and God speed to those who have already traveled on!
