Bio

I'm interested in creating, maintaining and adding to memorials for family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and people that were a part of my family's life, and for an occasional forgotten person.

I believe everyone deserves to be remembered, and believe Find A Grave is an excellent way to do that. My current effort is researching and creating biographies for all memorials I manage, doing 1-4 people a day.

I want to thank those that transfer non-family memorials to me so that I can add to the person's biography and family information over time. It's not my intent to manage a lot of memorials, but to efficiently post and edit their information. When I've done all I can with available data, I will gladly transfer them to a relative or other qualified person, with my only requirement that the data I spent many days creating not be deleted, as occurred in one mass family transfer. Editing is great - deleting is not.

I especially like finding obscure, forgotten people, researching them, and updating their memorials with family links and biographies. If you're a person that gets such an update or transfer request, rest assured that I thoroughly research them using Ancestry.com, family trees, census records and Google searches.

While I'm unable to reply to messages here, and in some cases even to the authors, rest assured every message is read and acted upon if need be. I appreciate all suggestions and corrections.

"Here I was born, and there I died. It was only a moment for you; you took no notice."
