I realized I had the heart of a historian in my teenage years while looking at the family bible with entries written by my great-grandmother. All of her twelve children's births, marriages and the deaths of those lost before they lived a full life. In addition, she had entered the information for herself and her husband. This was the beginning of it all for me.

As most of us know, many times life gets in the way of our research; photos and files get set aside for some time in the future. Well, I am back at it and very excited to be a Find A Grave volunteer. I look forward to getting to know others in this dedicated group of people and helping those who are in search of their ancestors.

Most of the memorials I manage will be in my direct line. However, there may be some in the future that are not connected to me and I would be happy to transfer them to someone wishing to personalize them with family information.
