I will still try to complete edits month to month. I am seeing a change in how edits are being submitted.
In the past before I would add information to Memorials I would try and check if it was a family member giving information, now I will take the information to fill in the blanks were I can.
I have had a couple of Memorials that had to be corrected. Other people mistakes as well as my own. I do not try to check out their family history....never felt it was my business. Incorrect information comes back to the person who made up the memorial.
No one should blame family members for getting upset when a mistake is made. Some people are gracious, some not. I got upset when my Mother died and someone made a memorial before she was even buried. It is hard when emotions are involved.
When your sending edits, please be nice about it. Everyone makes mistakes. Be kind to one another.
