My name is Denise Hanna Richter. My fathers biological mother is Ernestine Jewel Davis Townzen aka "Spud" She gave my father up for adoption at birth. Ernestine was only 15 at the time. What a heart breaking thing for any mother. But what a brave thing. (I have found a niece of Ernestine and she has told me that Ernestine did not want to give her son up for adoption. ) My adoptive grandparents were loving and we had a good life. I have found out that I am a Warren on the paternal side. I have confirmed my great grand parents as Luther Forrest Warren and Alice Addie Steele Warren. I just don't know which of their sons is my grandfather.
