Genealogy month and the Ancestry/Find A Grave meetup day in October 2014 got me out of my chair and actively involved as a volunteer. Having previously taken advantage of information and memorials posted by others, I decided it was time to give back.

Now that I've started, I realize just how much time and effort goes into locating a grave/cemetery, taking a photograph, and building a memorial. Thanks to all who have been doing this and whose information has contributed to my family research. I hope I can help others by passing it on.
