I became a Find A Grave volunteer because I was taking photos and information from the site to use for my family tree and decided to contribute to others in a small way. It was only fair. I'm happy to transfer memorials I've created to family members (unless they're my family members) and those who want to add my photos to their Ancestry trees, feel free to do so. If I have created a memorial for or have taken a photo of one of your loved ones' headstones that you prefer is not posted, let me know and I will remove it. I add these to provide people with information but am not looking to offend anyone. Please don't add newspaper clippings or online obituaries to the "photo" section of the memorials I've created unless it is 1922 or prior.
