I began looking into my family history as a 7th grade history project. At the time, my Grand Aunt Thelma had been working on the family geneology and I spent a day at her home listening to the stories that she had pieced together and documented. I couldn't believe this elderly lady had gathered all the documentation and stories that we shared that day. Since then, I've grown more curious about my Irish side and have begun pursuing as many lines as I can. I am still finding notes left behind by Aunt Thelma and am eagerly looking forward to helping others get pictures of their family graves... I live in Hillsdale County, Michigan and am willing to drive within the county's borders or to adjoining counties (Branch, Lenawee, and Jackson)in order to get photos for others.
