I have no objections to my photos being used for family research but do not approve them being used for profit or uploaded to other websites (except for use in personal family trees)
It would be nice to give me credit whenever they are used on the websites like Ancestry.com., but only if you wish.
If you are going to post a grave picture to one of my memorials, and you are going to put a copyright mark on it, then do not post as I do not agree. Pictures on my memorials should be freely available for not for profit use, and are for the people, not someone's ego.
