I caught the "family history" bug about 5 years ago. My family (Kelly) are Scots-Irish Presbyterian immigrants from Donegal County, Ulster in Northern Ireland who came to America around 1745 to 1748 and settled in the frontier of what is now West Virginia, but back then was in Abingdon Virginia.
It's been fun to learn what role my ancestors played in the birth of this great nation.
