Nearly lifelong resident of Union Parish, Louisiana. I was named for Burton Ludwig, a friend of my family. In 2016, I photographed his grave and later I was informed he was the person I was named after. I'm told he did not know I was named for him.

I am currently interested in all sorts of history from Union Parish, especially the Green, Lee, and Tabor lines from the Weldon area.

I have ties to the Lewis, May, and Boyd lines of Franklin County, MS and Lauderdale County, AL.

Paternal 3G grandfather is Barzille Green of Claiborne Parish, LA. He is the earliest known Green in my family that is on this site.

Maternal 3G grandfather is Elisha Van Buren Lewis of Franklin County, MS. He is the earliest known Lewis in my family that is on this site.
