I have always loved to go to cemeteries and walk among the headstones and read names and dates and wonder what the people were like. I became interested in genealogy about 11 years ago and just became a member of Find A Grave when a distant relative and friend got me interested. I think it is selfish for people to take possession of a photo, photos are meant to share. Please feel free to use any photo that I post.

If you wonder about your roots, you have two parents, 4 grandparents, 8 g-grandparents, 16 g-g-grandparents, and by the time you go back 10 generations, 300 years or so - you have 1,024 people from whom you are directly descended from.
