Bio

I love genealogy and have found Find A Grave a very valuable and useful tool in my research. I have found some long lost relatives through this site and hope you do also.

I have spent numerous hours in researching the memorials which I create so I adhere to the regulations set forth by Find A Grave concerning transfers of those memorials BUT I will consider every request for any transfer, with the exception of requests for "bulk" transfers of any one given surname.
I believe memorials belong in the care of family but many of the transfers which I have already made to others are just sitting there with no embellishments or, upon finding more information, I have sent an edit to the contributor and receive no response from them concerning the edit and they make no effort to update the memorial.

I try to create and update memorials as accurately as possible, but we all make mistakes so I gladly accept edits and additions AFTER I have first researched the information sent to me.

For edits and transfer requests, please use the edit tab provided on the memorial in question.

I am familiar with the cemeteries in Andover, IL. Along with the help of friends, we have personally documented and photographed EVERY headstone in ALL four cemeteries in Andover and have created memorials for them on Find A Grave. If the memorial does not have a headstone picture posted with it, it means no headstone was found for that person.
Those four cemeteries are:
Andover Township cemetery;
Andover Old Methodist cemetery;
Andover Jenny Lind cemetery;
Presbyterian cemetery
PLEASE - Also check out surname of "UNKNOWN" in those four cemeteries. With the help of contributors on Find A Grave, I have been able to put names with a couple dozen "UNKNOWN's" and I am in hopes to get them all identified.

A big THANK YOU goes to my sister Teri, Arleta M. and Nathan S. for all the help they have given me. I couldn't have done it without them!
