I have been accompanied to the Herring Run and German Hill Road cemeteries by Dr. Deborah Weiner who shared equally in this cemetery research.

The surveys for the Shomra Shabos Cemetery and for the Kolker Cemetery on German Hill Road were done by Nancy Schoenburg and myself.

Nancy Schoenburg also is credited with providing assistance in reading stones that are inscribed in Hebrew.

Eric Goldstein has provided assistance in reading stones that are inscribed in Hebrew and has provided additional historical research and context for the study of Baltimore cemeteries. We both enjoyed deciphering the 3 columns of an acrostic contained in a memorial which was nearly obscured by vines. As of 2024, Eric continues to transcribe stones for me.

David D. Johnson has translated memorials , provided technical and moral support, especially in regard to the German Hill and Herring Run cemeteries. As of 2024, Dave continues to be a wonderful resource.

Joanna Church, former Director of Collections and Exhibits, at the Jewish Museum of Maryland was consistently helpful in answering my questions about Baltimore cemeteries. Her willingness to search the museum's collections for cemetery information is much appreciated. As of fall 2021, Joanna left the museum. She was a wonderful asset.

In 2023, Terry Collins photographed, edited and added to many of my German Hill Road entries. On at least one occasion he cleared out brush that covered a memorial. His work is top notch and much appreciated. Terry continues his work in 2024.
